We offer daily, monthly, quarterly or yearly support for businesses. Our aim to help businesses get their books back up to date and for business owners to better understand their own business as well. We are able to help with Business Activity Statements and any other bookkeeping issues.

We offer assistance in Individual, Partnership, Trust and Company Tax Returns. We also work with our business partners to help provide Audits, Superannuation and Financial Planning. Our aim to help businesses continue their existing relationships if possible or to help them find the right fit for their own business.

We offer assistance in supporting with refinancing, purchasing or selling a business or assets and providing assistance for Government Grants. We work with our business partners to be aimed to provide these for our clients.

Meet the team
Jason Quabba
FOUNDER / OWNER
I’m Jason Quabba, founder of Quabba Accounting. I was born and raised in Ingham, North Queensland, where I grew up on a sugarcane farm - a background that sparked my deep connection to agriculture and small business. I completed both my primary and secondary education in Ingham and was fortunate to be actively involved in the local football (soccer) community, representing clubs such as Herbert River, Hebert Valley and Ingham Football Club, and regional teams including the NQ Razorbacks and QAS North Queensland. My involvement extended to coaching and long-term contributions to the Ingham Football Club.
My professional journey began with casual and part-time roles at Donadels Electrical, McDonald’s, and the Lucinda Pub, before I began full-time work with BJ Carey & Company Pty Ltd in 2006. Over the next 17 years, I remained with the company - now known as The Carey Group - gaining valuable experience across their Ingham, Ipswich, and Brisbane offices. I later expanded my experience with two excellent Ipswich-based firms, Sammut Bulow Accountants and Fusion Financial Group.
On 28 February 2025, I took the leap to launch my own venture - Quabba Accounting - with the goal of supporting family, friends, and small businesses with reliable, practical bookkeeping and general accounting services.
Beyond accounting, I’ve remained closely tied to the agricultural sector. I’ve supported my family’s farm operations and finances since finishing school over two decades ago, and for 12 years co-owned a small sugarcane farm with my brother. I also served as a Director of AgForce Cane Limited, a role that aligns with my passion for helping agricultural businesses remain sustainable and resilient for future generations.
Danica Quabba
ADMINISTRATION / MARKETING
Raised in Ingham, Danica brings a strong connection to the local community and over seven years of experience in administration and client relations. She is the wife of owner Jason Quabba, whom she married in 2016, and a proud Mum of three.
After completing her Bachelor of Nursing in 2024, she is now a Registered Nurse and supports the business on a part-time basis, managing administration, client relations, and social media alongside her nursing career.
